The best option to get from Athens to Mykonos is by taking a 45 mins flight from Athens Airport (El. Venizelos Airport). The ferry boat from Athens to Mykonos takes around from 2.5 hrs to 5 hrs (depending on which ferry boat you take) which is a nice relaxing experience for those that don’t get bored easily.
